Forgiveness is more than a word

Forgiveness has become a hot topic lately, and for good reason. We must forgive to heal. If you haven’t forgiven, you still have a wound (a trigger, so to speak) that needs closing. Healing is a journey to inner peace…

one of the most difficult things about healing is one of the most difficult things about healing is the understanding that every day will not be positive and uplifting. It’ll be hard, anger inflicting, sad, etc.

then some days are beautiful, uplifting, empowering…

that is all the point. there is so much undoing that it’ll always be ever changing. a challenge is always presenting to help your growth.
life is about evolution. don't sit in the comfort life is about evolution. don't sit in the comfort of a dysregulated life that doesn't serve you or bring you joy.

Perspective, for a person working on contentment, Perspective, for a person working on contentment, is…
Going through something hard and thinking, “what can I take from this that supports the life I am trying to create?” “How can I use this to grow my mind and my spirit?” “How can this bring me closer to myself?”

Perspective is what you CHOOSE it to be. Don’t view life as if it is happening TO you, but FOR you. Sometimes we don’t have the capacity to make the change, so the Universe will do it for you.

Stay present, notice when it is happening and USE it - switch up the narrative that you’re so familiar with using.
“Work hard now, live easy later. Live easy now, “Work hard now, live easy later. Live easy now, work hard later.”
A quote my mom would say growing up that, truly, got me through college and graduate school! It’s seemingly focused on “success in life,” that is, career-focused.

…let’s reframe it. What if it became focused on life | wellness: spiritual, physical, occupational, social, emotional, intellectual, environmental, financial?

What if we focused on healing, balancing our overall wellness NOW so that we reset the baseline of comfort to succeed in life the way WE see fit.

Allow me to support you on that journey. Because I, too, am working to balance myself and it’s more fun to have a sister friend going through the hard stuff too!
